Our Partner Cooperative Society was formed in 1967, with the union of a group of Jaen olive growers. In 1997, coinciding with the inclusion of another cooperative from the area and the subsequent increase in olive oil production and number of shareholders, the present, totally modern facilities were built, incorporating the latest resources an technologies.
Extra Virgin Olive Olis are elaborated by exclusively mechanical means, using a natural decantation system and minimum temperatures (cold pressing), without the use of any chemical products.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a genuine, dense, brilliant oil, quite typical of the south of Spain. It is outstanding for its fruity, slightly bitter, spicy flavor, which, due to its density, causes a pleasant sense of corpulence in the mouth.
The Oil, which offers a range of different greens and burnished gold in its appearance, is excellent when used directly on salads, bread or accompaniment for all kinds of stews, sauces and fried dishes.
