Iberian ham


Iberiam ham from a completely artesan production of black iberia pig, process following traditional all natural techniques. The ham is curing in our own bodegas and drying rooms; benefiting from the mix of the fresh dry air of Corteconcepción from mountains of south Spain, with the humidity of the rains and the moderate heat of summer.

Made from pure black Iberian pigs -100% Bellota, bred freely on selected pastures in the Natural Park Sierra de Aracena, raised with its herd and fattened on acorns, wild mushrooms, olives and plant roots naturally occurring in the mountains.
